I'm happy to be at a new number! Yay! Closer to 130.
Today was a really easy day, no temptation and no hunger. The day went by really fast. I'm hoping the rest of my week does as well!
Bfast - Coffee
Lunch - Mahi Mahi & Spinach, 1/2 apple, 1 Grissini
Dinner - Sliders, Strawberries
Dessert - Coffee -Yep went over on 2 T of milk. I wonder if it will make a difference. I'm being a little more bold in trying things. 1 xtra T of milk didn't change my losses, I wonder if a couple extra will. :0
I did stay away from Splenda for a few days thinking that was why my losses were small. But that hasn't changed it at all. So I had Davinchi's caramel in my coffee. YUM!
